Every effort is made to bring in a representative from Mirka, Festool or SurfPrep so you can get a feel for an extraction system, if you choose to use one.
Recommended supplies for in person class.
I suggest you do not purchase any major tools prior to class. There will be a lot of instruction in class on various tool options and possible hands-on use of some.
Required tools
Respirator mask (for blocking dust)
Protective gloves
Application trowel and application scrapers
Polishing cloth (look in the store section where they sell car washing supplies)

Orbital sander with dust collector. OnIy bring your own if you don’t want to share. Recommended sanding discs in 240, 600, 1000 on up. They do not have to be exact. Available individually at Auto Paint and Body stores. Mirka or SurfPrep is the recommended brand.
There will be a variety of stencils, decorative rollers and tools to make decorative effects, however you are welcome to bring your own.
